Delete your account
Last Vertex: Idle Defense
The game only creates an account if you turn on Cloud Save. It is an anonymous account by default; you can optionally add an email address to it. This page explains how to delete that account and everything stored with it.
Delete it in the game (recommended)
- Open the game and go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Cloud Save.
- Tap Delete Cloud Data and confirm.
The deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your cloud account, your email address (if you added one) and your cloud save from our server. The save stored on your own device is not touched; to remove that too, uninstall the app or clear its data.
Delete it here (accounts with an email)
If you added an email address to your cloud account you can delete the account from this page, even if you lost your phone. We send a one-time code to that address to prove the account is yours, then delete it right away.
What is deleted
- your random player ID and sign-in data
- your email address, if you added one
- your game progress stored in the cloud
Nothing else about you is stored on the server. See the privacy policy for details.
Accounts without an email
Anonymous accounts (no email added) cannot be linked to a person, so they cannot be looked up or deleted from here. If you can still open the game, delete the account in Settings as described above. If you can not, the account stays unreachable once the app is uninstalled and contains only a game save.
